Double-sided plastic pallets use an upper and lower deck to form a stable base for repeated industrial handling. They are also called double-face pallets. This category includes models for heavy loads, floor storage, loaded stacking and specific warehouse or industry uses. Select by the actual load, forklift entry direction, storage method and product specification rather than the category name alone.
What is a double-sided plastic pallet?
The upper and lower deck distinguish this structure from open-bottom nestable or one-way pallets. Some models are intended for reversible use, but buyers should confirm this on the individual product page. Deck style, welded construction, reinforcement and dimensions vary across the products listed below.
Handling, stacking and racking conditions
Double-sided pallets are normally handled by forklift and are generally not suitable for pallet jacks because the lower deck can interfere with the jack wheels. Floor storage and loaded stacking are common applications. Rack use depends on the specific model, reinforcement, support direction and stated racking load, so a pallet used for stacking should not automatically be treated as rackable.
Choose the right double-face pallet
Confirm cargo size and weight, static and dynamic handling, forklift entry, floor, stack or rack storage, cleaning needs, material requirements and any reinforcement requirement. For a smaller grid-deck option, review the 1100×1100 double-faced grid pallet. For a larger welded option, compare the 1500×1300 heavy-duty double-sided pallet. Check the individual product specifications before requesting a quote.
