Printed sheets, cartons and bundled paper do not all sit on a pallet in the same way. The right choice depends on the unit-load footprint, the contact area beneath the package and the equipment used along the route. Buyers should check those details before comparing pallet sizes or load figures.

This guide uses a real 960×720 plastic pallet for printing operations to explain the questions that matter during selection.

Start with the finished unit load

Record the length, width and total weight of the packaged load. Note whether the goods are loose sheets, cartons, strapped bundles or another format. A package supported across most of its base behaves differently from one that touches the pallet along a few narrow edges.

The load should fit the pallet without unsupported overhang. If several pack sizes use the same route, check each footprint rather than assuming that one arrangement covers them all.

Check deck contact and surface support

The deck should support the parts of the package that actually carry weight. For printed sheets or flat packs, uneven contact can affect edges and corners. Send a drawing or clear underside photo when the package base has feet, ribs or recessed areas.

Also consider how the load is restrained. Straps, stretch film and corner protection can change where pressure is applied. The pallet should be assessed as part of the complete unit load.

Keep load ratings in their proper context

The current specification for Zhenghao Product 1252 lists a 2,000 kg static load and a 500 kg dynamic load. Static load refers to a pallet supported on a flat surface. Dynamic load applies while the pallet is being handled. One figure should not be substituted for the other.

If the route includes racking, conveyors or other supported storage, provide the support arrangement and loaded weight for a separate review. A static or dynamic rating alone does not confirm performance in those conditions.

Confirm size, entry and handling equipment

Product 1252 measures 960x720x150 mm and has four-way fork entry. These facts help narrow the choice, but equipment clearances still need checking. Record fork width, fork thickness, entry direction and available turning space.

When a pallet jack is used, confirm wheel paths and lower-deck clearance. Four-way entry describes access direction; it does not automatically prove compatibility with every hand pallet truck.

Review material and operating conditions

The published material options for this model are PP or HDPE, and the product is made by one-step injection molding. The correct material option should be confirmed against the actual handling temperature, impact exposure, cleaning routine and reuse plan.

Do not choose solely from a broad description such as printing pallet. The same factory may handle raw paper, finished printed goods and packaging materials under different conditions.
